About us

Inspired Fire ™ is a fully operational studio that offers classes and a diverse gallery of art from the truly local to the internationally inspired. Located in the south end of Lafayette, Indiana. Founded in May 2002 and is still owned and operated by Sharon Owens.

Inspired Fire ™ was created to share the excitement and pride of creating glass in your personal vision. Furnished with eight work stations and the ability to expand to 12 torches, excellent ventilation, 4 kilns, and Yes! Air conditioning for those hot days, the flame working studio is a glassblower’s delight. We now offer classes with furnace glass in our Hot Shop, a new addition of over 1000 square feet and a 200lb glass furnace!! Our gallery is the natural place to pick up unique artworks in glass and beautiful paintings from over 30 local and international artists or even get inspired while taking one of our classes.  We also carry a selection of jewelry boxes, trivets, and keychains  made out of exotic woods and finishes.  As we continue to expand our classes visit us on Facebook at Inspired Fire.

Our regular business hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm.
